great breakfast but cleanliness needs a boost

The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, for real.

The staff was attentive, and requests were handled quickly. I loved the room in good condition, the bed was amazing. The room had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I had such a blast relaxing by the outdoor pool! The breakfast spread was mouth-watering, especially the delicious omelet. Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Perfectly situated for exploring Colonial Williamsburg and more!

I loved how easy it was to stroll from the hotel to all the incredible attractions; Colonial Williamsburg is just a short walk away, while local restaurants are really close too – you can grab a bite just a few steps away! The breakfast offered a great variety and the coffee was fresh and excellent, while my room was comfortable and quite quiet. However, there were some cleanliness issues that could definitely be improved, like the bathroom lamp and the curtains.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was excellent and exceptionally nice and just off thirty minutes from Norfolk, the outlets and the downtown. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very friendly staff.

Just a balanced option for a flash visit in Williamsburg with reasonable value. Breakfast was definitely better than expected.

The proximity to all the most important of the area

Everything was fine except that the back door of the hotel was open 24 hours, the lock did not work, we reported but in the three days we were not solved.

The hot breakfast was a great way to kickstart my day, offering a satisfying selection to choose from. The location was ideal, placing me just a short drive away from the historic area and other attractions.

Clean and comfortable room. The strong scent from a cleaning product lingered uncomfortably, overshadowing our experience. Breakfast was satisfying, better than expected. The location offered easy access to my destination, a definite plus. the facilities showed wear. Hallway carpets were dirty and the pool was empty on Memorial Day weekend. Key card issues required multiple trips to the lobby. Staff responsiveness was lacking; important amenities were forgotten. An unattended front desk left guests in limbo. Minor repairs like a tub stopper could go a long way in restoring guest comfort. With some adjustments, this property could be a solid option. Worth considering if you value comfort and location.
