The breakfast spread was as delightful as a Sunday brunch at Grandma's, featuring fluffy waffles and fresh fruit that could make any dieting enthusiast swoon. The staff radiated charm, impressively juggling requests while providing a warm welcome that felt more like a reunion than checking into a hotel.

The outdoor pool provides a nice escape during the hotter months, though it's less inviting as the temperature drops. The location is perfect for hunting down local attractions.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facilities leaves a lot to be desired. Several hallways were dirty, with stained carpets and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. Bathrooms showed clear signs of neglect, with mold and leaking fixtures, and some rooms had unwelcome housemates like cockroaches. The hotel feels quite run down, needing thorough cleaning and updates to the basic amenities.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was excellent and exceptionally nice and just off thirty minutes from Norfolk, the outlets and the downtown. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very friendly staff.

Perfect for a couple getaway
Breakfast was good and we had a blast . One morning, I got caught up in a conversation with the breakfast lady, she was just good and really brightened my day.
Sure it wasn't inexpensive but it was still tolerable.

It was tolerable. The location was fab, right next to a 7-11, and the bed? Super comfy! Breakfast had plenty of options, so I filled my plate like a queen!
The bathroom was smaller than my ambitions, and I'm convinced the shower was auditioning for a horror film with that lack of hot water!

Quality/price ratio
The air conditioning/heating is very noisy. The shower as it is built for disabled people (I think this is excellent), as it does not have a shower curtain down to the floor (this is what needs to be improved in my opinion) when showering part of the bathroom is flooded.

The proximity to all the most important of the area
Everything was fine except that the back door of the hotel was open 24 hours, the lock did not work, we reported but in the three days we were not solved.
